Not Crisis Support

Nikki Morrell’s services are not designed for crisis situations. If you are experiencing an emergency, thoughts of self-harm, or are in immediate distress, contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis support provider.

Scheduling & Attendance

All sessions must be scheduled in advance. Missed sessions or late cancellations may not be refunded or rescheduled unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

Clients are responsible for attending sessions on time and ensuring a private, distraction-free environment.

Payment & Refunds

Payment terms, pricing, and refund policies are presented at the time of booking or purchase. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, services are non-refundable once delivered.
